Natasha Dunkinson is an Aerospace Engineering degree apprentice working at BAE Systems. Her passion for engineering stemmed from an Engineering Taster Week she attended at BAE Systems when she was 17 years old. The highlight of the week was the opportunity to stand in the low speed wind tunnel, and from that moment she had a passion for aerodynamics and aerospace engineering. Following this experience, she applied for the Aerospace Engineering Degree Apprenticeship at BAE, which she started following her A-Level studies at Clitheroe Royal Grammar School. She is currently in her fourth placement at BAE Systems in F-35 Airframe Integration, having already completed placements in Flight Systems In-Service Support, Engineering Governance and Functional Support and Electronic Warfare. Not only does she love engineering, but she has many hobbies, including textiles and going to the gym.
